You would not be able to delete your account under Profile. Do write in and contact us at helpdesk@c3a.org.sg if you wish to have your account permanently deleted.

You can update your profile once you have logged in to the NSA website. Click on Profile > My Profile > Edit Profile.

Signing up for an account would create a new account, whereas logging in with Facebook/Google saves you the trouble of creating a new account and remembering the credentials.

Do note that logging in with Facebook/Google would require you to allow and give permission to request for data that you have already provided on the respective platforms.
