Learn to prepare handmade pasta dough with various varieties of pasta noodles. Participants will prepare different pasta dishes during this program. At the end of the course, participants will understand all the classifications of pasta and their characteristics as well as the guidelines needed to check for pasta quality. Participants will also learn how to prepare the pasta for cooking and make their own pasta dough for the various dishes. With the skills learnt, participants will be able to confidently serve the pasta types with the appropriate sauces.
