This is a hands-on workshop to help participants understand the techniques needed to prepare fresh pasta and learn about the different types of sauces available. Held in the Temasek Culinary Academy’s commercial kitchen, this course is conducted by experienced instructors who will share everything from basic guidelines to expert tips on pasta making. You will also have the opportunity to taste the various pasta types that you prepare.

Augus Poh
Chef Augus Poh obtained his Diploma in Culinary Skills at SHATEC and is a well-respected member of the industry. He joined the Temasek Polytechnic’s TCA Diploma in Culinary & Catering Management as a culinary instructor in 2013 and has mentored student competitors as they take on local and international competitions. Prior to that, Augus accumulated a wealth of experience at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Illido Italian restaurant, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Hollandaise Club, Star Restaurant & Marina Mandarin Hotel. During his stints at the hotels, he took part in competitions and won several medals including the Food & Hotel Asia International Salon Culinaire competition (Silver medal).Reviews on Course
