Cheryl Tan

Cheryl is a textile artist with a passion for design and craft. Her craft is deeply inspired by her Peranakan roots and characterised by the use of beadwork and vibrant colours. Upon completing her Fashion Design degree at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), she now has close to a decade of experience in apparel design, graphic work, prop production and visual display styling. Cheryl has worked for the home-grown label hansel and global brands such as H&M, Triumph and Casio. Today, her creativity spans embroidery art, large-scale art installations, display styling and craft workshops.
