步入壮龄,日子过得飞快,因为工作节奏没有慢下,必须拥有比过去更好的体力与精神来应对工作与生活需求。

 

以前,不觉得要数算日子,因为日子还很长。现在处于人生另一个阶段,看到身边许多人开始为退休生活倒数,甚至一些提早退休,选择自己想要走的路,但是身体健康却不能让他们肆意生活。

 

那天,跟几个退休人士聊天,后来发现他们都是独居,不是丧偶,就是独身主义者。一个说,子女各自成家,他的妻子患癌,他也感觉独居日子的影子逐渐向他靠拢。无论是否结婚,或有子女,人必定会逐步迈向独居。一个人自由自在,却也隐藏各种独居老人的健康隐患和安危。每每看到新闻报道独居老人去世,人们感叹为何这种意外事故频密发生。

 

独居不是坏事,一个人散步、用餐、运动等。在独居过程中,享受着心理状态上的距离性,更注重个人世界,在自己的空间里,享有暂时的安静和乐趣。大前提是必须健康终老。

 

一路来,我都很爱惜自己,懂得健康是人生最终的财富,很早懂得养生,最重要的是晓得在紧张的工作和生活中找到减压方式,心境不老。我们必须爱自己,保护自己,不能让自己成为家人的负担,每一天不一定都很好,却必须过好每个当下,细心发现生活的小美好。
