Helping Hands
In this programme, volunteers will be matched to seniors at risk of social isolation and conduct regular visits to ensure their well-being . Befriending is done through home visits or phone calls based on a frequency preferred by the beneficiaries. Volunteer befrienders will be trained to identify concerns and to raise concerns to staff. Continuous support is provided by the staff during the process.
