Fun with Sudoku
Senior volunteers lead other WINGS women in weekly Sudoku sessions, sharing vital techniques in solving puzzles that stimulate the cognitive function. WINGS Sudoku group is a closely knit and yet welcoming group which also offers its participants social connection and friendship which go a long way in boosting participants' well-being.
