For courses with an open forum, you will be able to see a  blue speech bubble at the top right corner of your enrolled course under “My Courses”. You may click on it and post your question related to the course. We seek your patience as the course providers may take up to a few working days to respond to your question.

Each course is valid for 180 days from date of enrolment, unless stated otherwise in the confirmation email when you registered successfully for a course.

For courses with course fees, you can pay online via via PayNow, credit/debit card (visa/mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Simply follow the instructions in the portal.

You will receive an email titled “Verification of NSA Subsidy Eligibility” upon successful verification by the course provider. Once you have received the notification, you may proceed back to the online learning portal to complete your registration.

You can download the Singpass app on your mobile phone. If not, please proceed to register for an account by entering your details manually.

If you register for your account manually (i.e. not via Singpass), a C3A staff will contact you via email or phone to verify your NSA subsidy eligibility when you enrol for a course with NSA subsidy.

Not for now. However, our courses are either free or at a much lower cost as compared to classroom courses.

If you register for an account via SingPass as recommended, this enables immediate verification of your details for NSA subsidy eligibility. The portal will auto-prompt you to pay the subsidised course fees.

Same as NSA classroom courses, to be eligible for NSA subsidy of up to 80%  for courses, you need to be:

• at least 50 years of age (i.e, turn 50 in the calendar year)
• a Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident (PR)
