胡建顺 (Au Kian Soon) 先生拥有ITEC 第3级饮食与营养证书（中文），不但如此，他也有多年义工服务的经验，参与策划多项大型活动及生活讲座，举办生日派对，家庭探访，协同老人出行活动策划，活跃于服务社区乐龄人士，HPB陶冶心智课程讲员。目前在飞跃AAA学院兼职讲员，参与多项课程的设计并担任该课程的讲师。
