This course aims to help participants gain an in-depth knowledge of wine to equip them to make the appropriate wine selections and recommendations. We also aim to equip them with the theoretical knowledge behind wine as well as introduce basic tasting techniques and the principal styles of wine. By the end of the course, participants will also have learnt the history of wine, and the wine-making process, understand wine labels, and their storing requirements and be able to pair them with food.
