Understanding Speedlights and Creative Photography

Participants will learn the functions of speedlights, master and slave with multiple speedlights and the ability to use them as a replacement for expensive studio strobes in their course photography journey. Course content includes learning the functions of different Speedlights models that the participants owned and knowing the key functions for efficient operation, setting up master and slave with a group of speedlights to achieve multiple light sources to create dramatic effects, different key lighting setups for different results with light stands and various diffused lighting equipment such as softbox, umbrella and colour gels.Course Details

Mr. Lau Eng Seng is a photographer and artist graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Nanyang Technology University. Much of his work concentrate on the contemporaneity with interest in anthropology, sociology and identity, driven by research-based methodologies.
