This course aims to equip you with the necessary technical skills required to leverage digital platforms; to monetise your baking skills, handicrafts, and photographs as a form of an additional source of income. By the end of the course, participants will be able to describe the elements of operating an online business, explain the legal environment of an online business, identify customer and use Carousell and Shopee marketplace.

May Lin has more than 15 years of local/regional sales experience in hospitality sector. She graduated with Degree in Marketing at SIM University in 2009, Diploma in Hospitality Management at Temasek Polytechnic in 2003, and has an Advanced Certification in Learning Performance (ACLP) certified with Institute of Adult Learning.
John Chua
John Chua has more than 10 years of experience in fund administration with major banks and industry leaders. He has training delivery in accounting, financial products, personal developments, software training and business skills. John holds a MSc.
