Maintaining physical fitness and mobility is essential for seniors, even when bedridden. This is a one-day course specially designed to teach seniors simple, effective exercises that can be performed while in bed. Additionally, it equips them with essential caregiving skills to assist bed-ridden individuals in maintaining their well-being as a Senior volunteer. This course emphasizes the importance of staying active and engaged, even during periods of limited mobility.

Patrick Oh

Patrick Oh self-taught himself music and played the keyboard, guitar, recorder and Midi saxophone plus various music software, and also wrote Christian worship songs. He pioneered the Melody of HOPE song-writing competition in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China, participated by 8 universities while he was a community development consultant in China, and later introduced it to the Singapore Kindness Movement. He is also a Community Development & Management consultant and also WSQ courses trainer in PDPA, Retail series and Management series. He is also a certified Functional Ageing Specialist under the Canadian Functional Ageing Institute and also certified in Precision Nutrition and also China's Nutritionist Level 4 license.
