This workshop focuses on the dynamic nature of an age-diverse talent pool within a organisation.
As the workplace becomes more inclusive, we are starting to see as many of 4 generations working side by side to collectively achieve common goals and create value.  Though there are many benefits to gaining access from a broad spectrum of experiences and skill sets across generations, one-size of management does not fit all.  Each generation will be at different stages in their career journey and have different expectations.They may have different indicators and definitions for job fulfilment and might be motivated by completely different ideals.

This 2-day workshop will engage participants in immersive case studies and role plays to uncover some of the issues and creative solutions to creating a cohesive workplace that provides job fulfillment for all regardless of age group.
