Eugene Chng
Eugene Chng is the Head of Outreach, Education and Research at Credit Counselling Singapore. He has over 15 years experience in training and development with the Singapore Navy. He was an adjunct trainer with ST Education and Training and developed financial literacy workshops for MOE Schools with Cornerstone Enrichment between 2015 to 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Financial Services (UCD), Master of Arts in Professional Education and has completed the Associate Financial Planner (AFP) qualification.Tan Huey Min
Tan Huey Min is the General Manager of Credit Counselling Singapore since 2004 and has helped steered the agency into a leading charity that fosters financial resilience and a trusted organisation for all matters related to debts. She was previously an adjunct lecturer with Temasek Polytechnic from 2000 to 2010. She holds a Master of Science, Consumer and Family Economics.Tan Swee Chiew
Tan Swee Chiew is a volunteer with Credit Counselling Singapore. He is an associate trainer with Moneysense Institute for Financial Literacy since 2013 and conducts workshops on financial and retirement planning. He has over 20 years experience in the banking industry and has guided caregivers and case managers on estate and financial planning matters at Special Needs Trust Company from 2018 to 2019.
