Ever thought of writing your own life story? Guided Autobiography (GAB) helps you document your life story, guided by a trained facilitator. Write your life story through the use of thematic focus and priming questions that evoke memories of events. As you write your story, you will share them with fellow participants who will share also share their stories - a process that is affirming and empowering. GAB, a powerful way of building new insights into your life events, has been well studied and proven to have many benefits including increased self-acceptance, decreased anxiety and tension and more.Course Details
