People living with diabetes and their family often face challenges in making healthier food choices, exercise and lifestyle changes, which can lead to distress and burnout. This course will enable participants to learn more about the use of technology to aid in their diabetes care, and to make healthier food choices through food and nutrition label reading. Exercises and mental wellness will also be covered to enable participants to cope with the challenges to live with diabetes.

Lee Ting Yuan
Lee Ting Yuan is a Diabetes Nurse Educator (DNE) at the Diabetes Centre in Admiralty Medical Centre. As a DNE, she guides, counsels, and educate patients on how to best manage their diabetes. She also conducts education programs during her course of work. Ting Yuan graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Nursing and from University of Adelaide with a Bachelor in Nursing.
Nurasrina Bte Kamsani
Rina is our Diabetes Nurse Educator (DNE) at the Diabetes Centre in Admiralty Medical Centre. She holds a Diploma in Nursing with experience in providing support and education for people in Diabetes. As a DNE, she guides, counsels, motivate and educate patients on how to best manage their diabetes. She also conducts education programs during her course of work.
