This immersive workshop enables participants to see the world through the eyes of persons living with dementia utilising virtual reality technology. The program explores what it may feel like to experience dementia, care for someone with dementia, and to work in partnership to identify support needs and develop a support plan.

Joanne Loy
Joanne Loy is a DACE and ACTA certified dementia care trainer. She is also a certified Dementia Care Mapping (Basic User) by University of Bradford and Spark of Life certified facilitator. Joanne has conducted training sessions for family and professional caregivers.
