Tempeh is a fermented, high protein plant-based food. Participants will learn how to make traditional tempeh professionally and learn the nutritional properties and health benefits of tempeh. There will be a demo and hands-on session to teach participants how to use tempeh as food at home and as a chef in a professional kitchen.
