From Cash to Clicks : Essential Digital Financial Skills course provides essential skills to confidently navigate digital finance. Using the Absorb-Do-Connect methodology, this interactive course incorporates peer learning and practical exercises to help seniors manage daily finances using digital tools, make secure payments locally and internationally, and implement cybersecurity best practices. Participants will also learn to use CPF LIFE calculators and how to access useful resources like the Seniors Go Digital programme. By the end, they will gain the confidence and knowledge to use technology for smarter and safer money management.

Chew Ai Mei
Chew Ai Mei is a Senior Programme Executive at Credit Counselling Singapore since 2024. She has more than 5 years of experience in delivering financial literacy training at MOE schools and polytechnics as well as conducted NSA courses on Financial Literacy for seniors. She has previously developed and conducted Go Digital series of digital literacy courses at community and active ageing centres. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Professional Certifications in Insurance and Digital Marketing.Eugene Chng
Eugene Chng is the Head of Outreach, Education and Research at Credit Counselling Singapore since 2017. He has over 15 years’ experience in training and development with the Singapore Navy. He was an adjunct trainer with ST Education and Training and developed financial literacy workshops for MOE Schools with Cornerstone Enrichment between 2015 to 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Financial Services (UCD), Master of Arts in Professional Education and has completed the Associate Financial Planner (AFP) qualification.Mohammed Firdaus
Mohammed Firdaus is in-charge of Programmes at Credit Counselling Singapore, bringing over 7 years of experience in financial counselling and literacy education. From 2014 to 2019, he served in various roles at Yayasan Mendaki and AMP Singapore, where he supported individuals and families in managing their financial well-being. Previously, he was a SkillsFuture Advice Senior Executive with e2i and a Career Coach with Workforce Singapore from 2012 to 2018. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, as well as qualifications in Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Case Management for Multi-Stressed Families, and Basic Counselling.
