Founder and Director of Ben Lau Dance, with over 20 years of experience in conducting dance and movement workshops, as well as teaching dance and fitness. Conducted dance and fitness programmes at the American Club, Tanglin Club, Raffles Town Club, Singapore Recreation Club and the Chinese Swimming Club. Teaching dance and fitness programmes at primary, secondary schools and tertiary institutions. Developed and delivered 40 runs of 5 NSA-approved programmes for seniors, impacting over 500 seniors.
