This course aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills of health-related topics, specifically healthy lifestyle, healthy diet and how to exercise right. Topics include steps towards a healthier lifestyle, methods for healthier eating, exercises and possible exercise-related injuries, care & support, stress management and information on regular health screening & lifestyle adjustment.
