You can speak to AIC's friendly staff in Mandarin, Malay, Tamil and even in dialect. They would help identify and recommend appropriate care services and guide you through the various assistance schemes available.

- Assess care needs through basic screening over the phone, and providing with appropriate recommendations based on assessment
- Apply for eldercare services and schemes
- Provide information on non-clinical eldercare options, programmes and schemes
- Connect callers directly to other helplines for specialised information
The Singapore Silver Line is also the Healthcare Line for Pioneer Generation Package. By just calling one number, Pioneers can seek help on enquiries relating to both Pioneer Generation Package as well as eldercare matters.
