Slow Run

The Slow Run group is made up of senior women who come together to take part in an exercise regimen designed to enhance cardiovascular health, increase strength, and improve flexibility in a fun and sustainable way. Slow Run originated in Japan and participants here meet weekly, reaping not only physical benefits but also experience overall improvement in their well-being.
