Event description
Life is made up of selling and negotiation moments. When we ask for something or want something done, we are in fact persuading someone to act on your request. And the first step is to make sure they want to help you. How do you present your requests such that people WILL listen to you and give you what you need? In this talk, you will learn 8 powerful steps to ensure your audience will listen to what you're saying all the time. It's more than a technique, it's a life skill, some of which requiring a change of mindset.
