Bookmark the course so that you will receive notification(s) if there are new runs for this course.
Macrame is not just the art of creative knotting to produce unique handmade jewellery and beautiful decorative items. It is a great craft for seniors as tying knots can increase fine motor skills and dexterity. It is also a good exercise for those with joint or muscle pain in their hands and fingers – something seniors are more prone to. This workshop promotes not just the creative spirit, but good hand and finger mobility too.
