Benedict Lau

Benedict Lau, with over 20 years of experience in dance and fitness, has taught at clubs, community centers, and schools. A NTU Mechanical Engineering graduate, he holds UK ISTD Latin and Ballroom certifications and additional qualifications in dance safety and geragogy. Lau has represented Malaysia in SEA and Asian Games, achieving top rankings including No.1 in Malaysian Latin dance and numerous international awards.

Founder, Physio Culture; in-house therapist for Pavilion Capital Holdings Pte Ltd, and also providing home physiotherapy service for housebound elderly (stroke, dementia, post-op rehabilitation).
