This course aims to equip participants with self-care skills so that they can become better caregivers for seniors. The course will introduce you to exercises to help you stay calm and centred, manage your emotions and brainwork, as well as learning the different areas and ways of self-care. Lastly, you will conduct a self-examination on the sufficiency of self-care in different areas.
