Pastel Nagomi Art is a form of healing art founded in Japan. It is a simple yet therapeutic way of painting using pastels and our fingers to create a gentle, soft and heart-warming art form through simple yet unique techniques that everyone can enjoy, regardless of whether you know art or not. Pastel Nagomi finger painting art helps the elders to use joints flexibly, Eye-hand coordination, promote mental activity, eliminate loneliness, and add colour to the days beyond 50.Course Details

陈爱丽老师是日本粉彩Nagomi Art (JPNA) 的认证讲师。她拥有日本粉彩希望艺术协会之日本粉彩艺术副讲师和日本粉彩艺术高级讲师文凭。陈老师目前是恩群社区服务的兼职日本粉彩老师,她希望通过柔和疗愈的日本粉彩艺术,帮助学员发掘的内心的喜乐,以及家庭和社会关系的幸福感。陈爱丽也曾当过特约语文教师、电视节目自由撰稿人、电视剧编剧、杂志执行编辑和文宣等的工作。Tan Ai Lee
Tan Ai Lee is a certified trainer of Japanese Pastel Nagomi Art (JPNA). She holds the Diploma in Japanese Pastel Nagomi Art Associate Instructor and Diploma in Japanese Pastel Nagomi Art Advanced Instructor from Japan Pastel Hope Art Association. Prior to becoming a freelance JPNA instructor, Ai Lee has a varied experience working as a Chinese tutor, scriptwriter for TV programs and magazine editor. She hopes that the therapeutic art of Pastel Nagomi (和) which means "harmony" will allow her to help others discover the inner joy and the happiness of family and community relationships.Reviews on Course
