Course Review Survey Period
- The Course Review Survey is organised by Council for Third Age, C3A (“the organiser”). The Course Review Survey starts on 21 January 2022, Friday, 12.00pm and ends on 28 February 2022, Monday, 11.59pm (“the Course Review Survey period”).
Eligibility
- The Course Review Survey is open to seniors (age 50 and above) who have taken an NSA course, and he/she must reside in Singapore.
- Employees of C3A, Course Partners and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Course Review Survey.
Participation in the Course Review Survey
- The participant must submit their review within the Course Review Survey period.
- The participant must be a registered user of our website to participate in the Course Review Survey.
Conduct of Course Review Survey and its Winner(s)
- The first 100 participants (“the winners”) will each receive an exclusive gift by C3A. The decision shall be final, and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained.
Prize Collection
- The winners will be notified by the organiser via email by end March 2022.
- The winners may be requested to present his/her identity card for verification to redeem the gift.
- The prize collection method, either through mailing or self-collection, will be announced at a later date. If prizes are not collected within the stipulated timeframe, C3A reserves the right to select another winner.
General
- The winner(s) may be requested to participate in publicity to generate awareness of lifelong learning, senior volunteerism and/or positive ageing.
- By participating in the Course Review Survey, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The participant is also deemed to have given consent for his/her personal data being collected, disclosed to, and used by C3A and its relevant partners, for purposes that shall include but not limited to receiving information on programmes, events, surveys and promotions relating to active living for seniors via email or SMS alerts from Council for Third Age (C3A) and agreeing to C3A’s privacy policy. Should you wish to update your personal data or withdraw your consent at any time, please email dataprotection@c3a.org.sg.
- The organiser reserves the right to disqualify or reclaim the gift for non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.
- The organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion replace, exchange, vary or substitute the gift and amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without providing prior notice or reason to any party whatsoever. The gift is not transferable and cannot be exchanged wholly or partly for cash. The gift cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
