This course aims to equip you with the fundamental skills and a practical approach to counselling. It will be conducted in an interactive learning format to maximise the growth potential of each participant to become a "people helper". Participants will understand the qualities needed to become an effective helper, gain self-understanding and learn problem-solving frameworks and other techniques like empathetic listening.
