Come experience the changing light conditions around the Winstedt Campus while learning the basics of outdoor portrait photography. From the warm rays of the golden hour to the afterglow of dusk, students will grasp the basics of composing compelling portraits using natural light and eventually work towards conceptualising and styling their portrait photoshoots. You will have plenty of time to be in front of and behind the lens for the entire duration of the course. You will also be introduced to off-camera strobe lighting. Equipment required from cameras to reflectors, portable flashes, and diffusers will be provided.
