This course is a progression from Chinese Calligraphy Kai Shu (Level 1). You will continue to explore this medium to understand the structure of characters and the strengthen the basic strokes and application. You will also be introduced to a new technique, Xingshu, the running hand type. It is a pre-requisite to have completed Chinese Calligraphy Kai Shu (Level 1) before signing up for this course.

Mr Heu Chang Chin
Heu Chang Chin has been practicing Chinese calligraphy for 30 years. Chang Chin shares his passion and knowledge of Chinese calligraphy by teaching at FeiYue Art Centre, Hwa Chong Alumni and a local art gallery. In 2016, he won the top prize of Dr Tan Tsze Chor Art Awards (Chinese Calligraphy). Heu regularly takes part in calligraphy exhibitions and his works have been collected in Singapore and the region.Reviews on Course
