Bookmark the course so that you will receive notification(s) if there are new runs for this course.

The MBCT 8-week course combines cognitive therapy with mindfulness meditative practices. Developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams and John Teasdale, based on Jon Kabat-Zinn's MBSR program, MBCT can alleviate chronic unhappiness/depressive activity and reduce cravings for addictive substances by teaching strategies that allow individuals to respond to unwanted thoughts and feelings intentionally and in a skilful manner. These skills will provide various benefits to participants in reducing their depression, allow them to cope effectively with stress and improve one’s well-being and sleep quality.
