These sessions encompass elements of reminiscence and sensory arts as it enables individuals to create their ideal space with the use of their senses. Sensory stimulation can help enhance individual mental wellness. Wendy Lim (Art Therapist, SAMH Creative Hub) holds an MA in Art Therapy from Goldsmiths, University of London, on top of a B.A. in Psychology. She has more than 5 years of working experience with a diverse population group ranging from youths to elderly. She specialized in working with ex-offenders, people in substance recovery and individuals with various mental health conditions. She has experience conducting various workshops to create awareness.
