In our daily lives, we may face stressors which affect our ability to experience life positively and could increase our vulnerability to mental health difficulties. Through experiential learning, this course will help you pick up practical tips to enhance and maintain your mental well-being.

A/Prof Ivy Chia
Prof Chia is a qualified educator, with more than 20 years of experience in teaching, of which more than 10 years was with the Ministry of Education, where she did counselling work with students and conduct teacher training. At the University, she oversees programme development and delivers courses for adult learners. She had worked with Art Therapist to develop Art Therapy practicums. She is also a certified Lego facilitator for play therapy. She also worked with “Singapore Design Council” on the development of “Design your Life” series for seniors.Reviews on Course
