《周易》是中国传统思想文化中自然哲学与人文实践的理论根源，誉为中国诸经之首，是中国哲学思想的渊薮，奠定了中国哲学的一些基本范畴和基本观念，如：阴阳，对立统一的思想等等，对中国文化的影响极为深远。至今，上至鸿儒硕学，皓首穷经，下至街头卜者，研读谋生，无不奉为圭臬，浅人浅解之，深人深究之，可谓是十三经中最深奥、最神秘的一部书了。“闲坐小窗读《周易》，不知春去几多时。”对乐龄人士更是训练脑筋，锻炼思考能力的最佳门径，又可以修身养性，增强处事待人能力。

冯崇胜是一名退休华文教师，曾任职与新加坡初级学院。冯老师热心于义工服务，也常参与广播剧、戏剧、戏曲等演出。目前，冯崇胜在飞跃AAA学院兼职讲员，参与多项课程的设计并担任该课程的讲师。
