Having picked up basic video editing skills in Tell Your Story With Electronic Scrapbook (Level 1), seniors are keen to advance their video skills. They want to be able to add special effects to their videos, to make them more impactful. In response to their requests, this course will do just that. It will add more progressive and advanced editing skills to their repertoire.

Cheong Lai Siong

Founder of Orchid Creative which provides training and workshop facilitation services to help clients to declutter their loads of photos and give them a new lease of life by transforming them into digital stories. Lai Siong has 30 years of corporate management experience in the areas of IT and business in an MNC. Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. Experienced Toastmaster with Advanced Communication Silver. ACTA (Advanced Certification for Training and Assessment) by The Institute of Adult Learning. Geragogy Guidelines Certificate (2021).

Lee Kowling

Started her career as a designer and is a known illustrator in the industry. Book illustrator: “The Beaded Slippers” by Adeline Foo (2008-2009), “I Don’t Want to Dance!” by Suchen Christine Lim (2011); the “Pittodrie Pirates” Book Series by Lynette Morrison (2013-2014). Publisher of children's books overseas in collaboration with Australians writers, eg “The Wombat Stoles My Shoe” by Katrina Griffiths; “Hello Cyber Grannie” by Jane Tyrrell (2007 & 2016). Guest speaker, Bookaroo Children’s Literature Festival in New Delhi (2015), on Seafaring Legends based on the Pittodrie Pirates series. Winner, Angelico Arts Award (2020). Kowling also conducts art workshops and classes for children as well as adults of all ages.
