Participants will learn of a simple yet powerful approach to shifting one’s perspective from the problem to the solution by focusing on one’s strengths and successes to derive solutions. The solutions-focused approach can be used to deal with a wide range of problems and setting of goals. Participants gain proficiency and confidence in coaching themselves and others. By applying solutions-focused thinking and action-oriented approaches to their conversations and life, they gain greater clarity, and fulfilment and nurture more rewarding relationships.Course Details
