The SCOPE (Self-Care on Health for Older People) Program aims to enhance the overall health and well-being of individuals aged 60 and above, including those who are well and mildly disabled. This is achieved through the promotion of improved self-care management and health-seeking behaviours. As a result, participants experience an improved quality of life, enhanced functional status, increased mastery of health, and more effective management of chronic illnesses.Course Details
