Relationships when strained by anger or resentment can result in compromised work performance, family dysfunctionality, divorce, abuse or violence. This is seen on the rise among caregivers, parents and educators. Mindful Compassion Course trains individuals to apply holistic compassion towards themselves and others. When we lack compassion for ourselves or others, we can be easily provoked, and experience feelings of anger, anxiety and resentment. We can transform our blaming and critical minds into appreciative and forgiving minds. It will enable us to be more equanimous and effective in forming and maintaining good relationships with ourselves and others. This will reduce anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, loneliness and other depressive symptoms.
