Through this course, you will learn about the various nutrition challenges older women face, how to read food labels and how to control portion sizing and manage health. Belinda Leow is an accredited nutritionist with a Human Nutrition degree from the University of Otago and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee. Since 2020, she has led nutrition workshops for older adults, focusing on evidence-based strategies to improve health and prevent issues like frailty and poor mobility. Belinda is also a committee member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association (SNDA) and founder of My Dietary Strategies.Leow Su Chuen Belinda
