This course aims to equip you with the know-how to develop key competencies and attitudes required to excel in your job or for change or advance in career. Through blended learning approach, you will use a set of tools and skills to help you develop 10 character competencies known as the "MAXIMIZERS" and be able to evaluate your personal strengths and weaknesses and craft a personal develop plan for application and continuous improvement. This workshop will benefit working adults who are facing a difficult juncture when they are stuck in their careers or seeking for more career fulfilment.
