Re-joining the workforce after having left their previous jobs for some time can be quite challenging and difficult for some people. The work environment has changed drastically, especially with greater digital technology adoption in the 21st-century workforce. This course will help to prepare back-to-work seniors in overcoming their fears of uncertainty or unfamiliarity in a new workplace.

Carolynne Ng is a certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) Facilitator and has obtained an Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF). She is an associate lecturer for MDIS, as well as an adjunct trainer of employability skills for CFS. Carolynne believes in connecting with people.
