Clement Ong
Clement Ong has been a certified career and executive coach for over 10 years. He connects people with critical aspects of their work, and enhances their self-awareness and clarity about life's purpose and goals. He is an Affiliated Faculty with Singapore Management University, Singapore Institute of Technology and Singapore University of Social Sciences. He also facilitates career skills programmes for Nanyang Technology University’ post and undergrads. He holds a Master of Social Science in Professional Counselling (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia).Carolynne Ng
Carolynne Ng has over 25 years of experience across various industries and in the last 5 years, she actively develops and facilitates programs for older adults to be engaged physically and socially for community interaction in the social sector. She holds a master’s in professional education (NTU-NIE), Graduate Diploma in Social Work (SUSS), Specialist Diploma in Gerontology (Optimal Ageing Practice) with Temasek Polytechnic and Bachelor of Business with University of Technology, Sydney. She is also certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) Facilitator and obtained ACTA and Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF).
