At the end of this workshop, participants gain knowledge to grow together as a team for service. The course is designed to provide teams serving together to derive greater synergy and effectiveness with an understanding of what is needed for a team to succeed, how to develop the team through honest sharing and receiving information and the importance of knowing your teammates to build and share relationships.
