This course equips experienced clinic assistants with effective communication skills to manage challenging clients, understand chronic medical conditions, respiratory illnesses and pharmacology. It is highly recommended that participants without prior experience start from the Basic level. However, participants with adequate exposure and experience working in a healthcare/clinic setting can enrol and progress directly to the Advanced level.
