In our daily lives, we may face stressors which affect our ability to experience life in a positive manner and could increase our vulnerability to mental health difficulties. Through experiential learning, this course will help you pick up practical tips to enhance and maintain your mental well-being.

Trainer's Profile

Sandra Foo

Sandra Foo has over 10 years of training and facilitation experience specialising in elder-caregiving and befriending programmes. She conducts public health talks, develops elder caregiving training material and trains caregivers and befrienders. She is a state registered nurse, ACTA certified and holds a bachelor degree in Social Science (NUS).

Kedy Chang

Kedy Chang is CFS adjunct trainer for Mandarin programmes since 2009. She is DACE certified and holds a Master degree in Education (Guidance and Counselling) from the National Chi-Nan University of Taiwan and a Master degree in Training and Development from the Griffith University of Australia and a Mindfulness Trained Teacher Certificate from Oxford University Mindfulness Centre of UK. She also holds a Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Specialist Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. Having fulfilled her counselling internship in the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) Singapore and together with her counselling practice, she has since developed a vast understanding of the human mentality. She was the founding chairman and is an active committee member of Chinese Counselling Society (Singapore) and has been conducting training workshops and seminars for communities, corporate clients including various Singapore government agencies. With a passion to help people, Kedy continuously contributes to society with her knowledge and expertise in training and counselling.
