Topics include sources of stress, effects of stress, job burnout, stress management, mindful awareness practices, regular health screening and lifestyle adjustment and care and support. This is an asynchronous online course that is available on UniLearn Platform within a limited access period.

A/Prof Goh Lee Gan graduated with a distinction in Social Medicine and Public health at University of Singapore (presently known as NUS) and subsequently underwent training in internal medicine, culminating in the Master of Medicine.
