How healthy are you? Are you eating well? Or can you eat more healthily? Through this insightful workshop, discover how well your current diet conforms to the healthy eating guidelines of the Health Promotion Board. You will also learn how to better manage your health, understand the 5 common chronic illnesses and their lifestyle risk factors, and learn about the principles of nutrition and exercise and their guidelines. Through the skills gained, you can better perform self-evaluations and learn what you can do to better manage your health.Course Details
